What it does
Cardigan Active tracks listener engagement in real time and over longer periods. It runs on the station website through a deployed pixel. Demo Mode lets prospects see the product without installation. Live Mode activates when the pixel is deployed.
The engagement map shows station staff what is happening on the station website during live shows. It feeds three different report formats for different audiences.
